1. General Information

1.1 Event Details

• Event Name: Cupid's Cadence 2026
• Event Date: 14th February 2026
• Location: Shillong, Meghalaya, India
• Duration: 4+ Hours
• Organizer: Jasarena India Pvt. Ltd.

1.2 Event Format

Cupid's Cadence 2026 is a premium Valentine's concert designed exclusively for couples. This is a calm, luxury romantic experience—NOT a party or club environment.

2. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

• Minimum Age: 18 years old (as of February 14, 2026)
• Valid government-issued photo ID is MANDATORY at entry
• Acceptable IDs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID
• Persons below 18 years will be denied entry without refund

2.2 Couples-Only Entry

• Entry is STRICTLY FOR COUPLES ONLY
• Both partners must be present together at entry
• NO stag entry (single males or females will be denied entry)
• NO group entry (groups of friends will be denied entry)
• Both partners must present valid IDs proving age 18+

2.3 ID Verification Process

• Both partners will undergo ID verification at the venue entrance
• IDs must match the names on the booking
• Fake or tampered IDs will result in denied entry and legal action
• Security reserves the right to refuse entry for suspicious documents

2.4 Dress Code

• Smart casual to formal attire required
• No beachwear, sportswear, or overly casual clothing
• Management reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate attire

3. Ticket Purchase & Booking

3.1 Ticket Packages

Four ticket packages are available:

• Silver Package: ₹5,999 per couple
• Gold Package: ₹9,999 per couple
• Platinum Package: ₹14,999 per couple
• VIP Package ₹24,999 per couple
• VVIP Package: ₹35,999 per couple (Limited to 10 couples)

3.2 Add-On Experiences

Optional add-ons (subject to package eligibility):

• Candlelight Private Table: ₹2,999 (Limited to 20 tables)
• On-Stage Proposal Moment: ₹14,999 (Limited slots)
• Couple Reels & Keepsakes: ₹4,999

3.3 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website
• Complete payment is required to confirm booking
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
• E-tickets with QR codes will be issued upon successful payment

3.4 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking
• We use secure payment gateways (Razorpay) for all transactions
• Payment confirmation may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours

3.5 Ticket Validity

• Each ticket is valid for ONE couple only (2 persons)
• Tickets are non-transferable to other events or dates
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
• Duplicate tickets will not be honored—first scan entry only

4. Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• NO REFUNDS for customer-initiated cancellations
• NO EXCHANGES for different packages or dates
• NO TRANSFERS to other persons without organizer approval
• Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund

4.2 Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels Cupid's Cadence 2026:

• Full refund of ticket price will be issued within 14 business days
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Add-on purchases will also be fully refunded
• The organizer is NOT liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses

4.3 Postponement or Rescheduling

• If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date
• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Notification of postponement will be sent via email and SMS

4.4 Partial Cancellations

• If specific artists or acts are unavailable, the event will proceed with replacements
• Changes to the lineup do NOT entitle you to a refund
• The overall experience and format will be maintained

5. Event Conduct & Behavior

5.1 Expected Behavior

Cupid's Cadence 2026 is a premium, calm, and respectful environment. All attendees must:

• Treat all guests, staff, and performers with respect and courtesy
• Maintain appropriate conduct befitting a romantic couples' event
• Respect the personal space and privacy of other couples
• Follow all instructions from event staff and security
• Keep noise levels appropriate for the ambiance

5.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate ejection without refund:

• Harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior toward anyone
• Inappropriate touching or behavior without consent
• Verbal or physical altercations
• Disorderly conduct or creating disturbances
• Smoking or vaping in non-designated areas
• Use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances
• Public intoxication or excessive alcohol consumption
• Photography/videography without permission (except personal photos)
• Recording of performances without authorization
• Destruction of venue property

5.3 Alcohol Policy

• Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase (age 21+ only)
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• Bringing outside alcohol is strictly prohibited
• Excessive drinking will result in ejection from the event

5.4 Security & Safety

• Security checks will be conducted at entry (bag checks, metal detectors)
• Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, outside food/beverages, drugs
• CCTV surveillance is in operation throughout the venue
• Security personnel have the authority to eject anyone violating these terms
• Emergency exits are clearly marked—do not block them

5.5 Photography & Recording

• Personal photography and videos are allowed for memories
• Professional photography services are included in select packages
• Commercial recording or live streaming is prohibited without written consent
• Flash photography during performances is not allowed
• Drones and professional camera equipment require prior approval

6. Seating & Venue Access

6.1 Seating Allocation

• Silver: General premium seating (non-sofa, first-come basis)
• Gold: Shared high-table seating
• Platinum: Reserved banquet seating near stage
• VVIP: Stage-side private sofa seating (guaranteed)

6.2 Seating Changes

• Seating is assigned based on package purchased
• Requests for seating changes are subject to availability
• Upgrades may be available on-site (additional charges apply)
• Management reserves the right to reassign seating for operational reasons

6.3 Venue Access

• Gates open 1 hour before the event start time
• Entry after the start time may result in delayed seating
• Re-entry is NOT permitted once you exit the venue
• Access to restricted areas (backstage, VIP lounges) is limited to authorized guests only

7. Add-On Services

7.1 Candlelight Private Table

• Pre-booking required (only 20 tables available)
• Available for Gold, Platinum, and VVIP packages only
• Table setup and service are subject to availability
• Changes or cancellations must be made 7 days before the event

7.2 On-Stage Proposal Moment

• Pre-booking required (limited slots—first-come, first-served)
• Available for Platinum and VVIP packages only
• Coordination meeting required 48 hours before event
• Proposal setup details must be finalized 7 days prior
• We are not responsible for the outcome of the proposal

7.3 Couple Reels & Keepsakes

• Professional photography session during the event
• Available for Platinum and VVIP packages only
• Reels and prints will be delivered within 30 days post-event
• Digital copies will be sent via email/cloud link

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jasarena India Pvt. Ltd. is NOT liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property
• Attendees participate at their own risk
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, terrorism, etc.)
• We are not liable for third-party services (hotels, transportation, etc.)
• Maximum liability is limited to the ticket price paid

8.2 Medical Emergencies

• First aid facilities are available on-site
• Attendees with medical conditions should carry necessary medications
• Inform staff immediately in case of medical emergencies
• We are not liable for medical expenses or health issues

8.3 Lost & Found

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
• A lost & found desk will be available during the event
• Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days, then disposed of

8.4 Parking

• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (separate charges may apply)
• We are not liable for vehicle damage or theft
• Park at your own risk

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Event Content

• All content, branding, and materials related to Cupid's Cadence 2026 are the property of Jasarena India Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited
• Event name, logo, and promotional materials are protected by copyright

9.2 Photography & Video Rights

• By attending, you grant us the right to photograph/record you at the event
• We may use photos/videos for promotional purposes without compensation
• If you do not wish to be photographed, inform our staff

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your personal data
• Use of data for event management and communication
• Sharing data with third-party service providers (payment processors, etc.)
• Receipt of promotional communications (you can opt out anytime)

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
• Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies
• Government orders, laws, or regulations
• Terrorism, civil unrest, or war
• Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation failures
• Technical failures, power outages, or internet disruptions

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives, but refunds are at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue layout, or other details
• Reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees of significant changes
• Minor changes do not entitle you to a refund
• Updated information will be posted on our website and social media

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

• Step 1: Contact our customer support to resolve the issue amicably
• Step 2: If unresolved, submit a written complaint to our Grievance Officer
• Step 3: If still unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under Indian Arbitration Laws
• Legal proceedings must be initiated within 90 days of the event date

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
